EITC do some excellent work and those who volunteer/work or participate in their events should be proud of their achievements but as I haven't contributed in any way towards this I don't see that just because I support the football club this should allow me on their bandwagon and give me any sense of achievement or personal pride.I can understand what you are saying, for some people unless its an achievement by the first team on the pitch, it's not relevant. I think this feeling has been born out of years of only having U19, U23, U21 success and no first team success. Some fans have just switched off.
I would say that EITC does some great work and even RS people I know, have commented and said it puts their lot to shame

People who support charities on the other hand usually contribute something.Well technically, despite whatever you have spent on the club, I think it's fair to say you haven't contributed to anything the team has done/achieved either....![]()
