It's not 1997. I don't think people grasp the extent of the fix that this country is in.

I mean my post was tongue in cheek like but I take you're point, I feel real socialism died in the mid to late seventies, people were a lot poorer then but life and maybe I'm being nostalgic was definitely richer.
