I don't buy in to the 'lesser of 2 evils' nonsense. A vote for the lesser of 2 evils is still a vote for evil. If you think this way you should vote for an Independant imo.

I don't know who else will be running in my ward but I won't be voting for red or blue Tories.

It's just a figure of speech, it doesn't actually mean you think the preferred option is literally evil.

I have no qualms voting Labour. I'll give the other left-leaning candidates a look, but they'll have to convince me to switch.
