It's the incredibly weak level of research he puts into his arguments which have been the biggest change, he's not just given poor opinions but has been objectively wrong factually so often.
For someone who once boasted of being academic it's a real fall from grace.

Let's have it right: I'm the one asking for a party that wants to rebalance the wealth in society in favour of the poor and away from the rich; and you'll be voting for a party that's explicitly stated it's going to be there to deepen privatisation and carry on austerity.
I know you want to be a 'winner', but backing the Red Tories as they take up the second XI role and give the official Tories a breather for 5 years really doesn't make you one.
