Well for Southgate, I genuinely think this team could win a major trophy. The defence is pretty light but the amount of stacked attackers England has is scary, Grealish/Sancho/Foden already sounds ridiculous, As for the manager? I couldn't give you a name but anyone who isn't as negative and who has ideally won major trophies at domestic or NT level.
For Boothroyd anyone, Easier said than done because the U21 is hardly a prestige job but maybe a former pro maybe like Lampard or someone of that ilk.
