2025/26 Tyler Dibling

My take on this FWIW is that this says more about Moyes than Dibling. Moyes is 'protecting' him in the sense that he doesn't want to pitch him into a match on a knife's edge. Right now the stakes are high for us - we haven't been scoring goals, but two great wins in two has propelled us up into the right part of the table. If we'd lost both of them we'd be back in panicsville. So Moyes is, as ever, taking no chances.

When we've seen Dibling so far, he's looked a bit like a rabbit in the headlights. When (if!) we're 3-0 up with 60 to go, my guess is he'll chuck him on!

Southampton to Everton is completely different gravy for the lad. He's 19, and he's not a 28 year old 19 year old like Rooney was. He will settle in, he will come good and he will shine. 🤞 🤞

Really weird framing going on in here , it's not like moyes is a very fastidious manager who likes to take his time with younger players before playing them on a regular basis. I don't think it's a matter of Moyes not rating him he's just very careful after a couple cameo appearances, he'll definitely have more opportunities. Moyes has been involved with this club for numerous years and has a clear pattern of operating yet people still act baffled by his actions lol

…I’d like to see him in some of the pre-match pics/vids released by the club this weekend, especially if he’s looking part of the set-up, joining in banter etc.

….i think I’ve spotted him;

I’m not sure restricting his time on the pitch now, isn’t just going to raise the scrutiny he will be under when he finally does start getting some game time.
Whole affair doesn’t make any sense to me, the cost, the effort to get him, the not giving him any game time, just all seems a bit bonkers.
It is bonkers, I don't know why they bothered signing the players if they aren't going to play them, Aznou the same

Hope this wrong, but was chatting with a good friend, heavily involved in the game, and he,s amazed we paid so much for him. Said hes a nice lad, but even with the U21s he doesnt stand out and tends to run down blind alleys. Reckons his confidence is shoot to pieces and we are looking to loan him out in January.
Again i hope this is wrong and the lad comes good, but this could be another incredible waste of money by Everton

In the u21 games ive seen, the lads around him comfortably look straight for him, especially when he moves centrally.

With the quality in that england squad, that shows something.

The reactions of players around you, paints the best picture of a player.

I dont see much of the U21s, and just messaging what was discussed. Its just an opinion/observation and i hope its wide of the mark. The main focus of the conversation was more the price we paid. Thats how the discussion started. My friend was surprised we paid so much.

Fingers crossed mate, hopefully he gets let off the leash soon.

We're all craving to get a proper look of him in our colours.
