I'm sure you and many others are engaging in good faith and not writing him off, but there really are plenty doing so too.

Also, I would actually gently disagree, I really don't think it's reasonable to comment on *sixty five minutes* of league play and describe them as very disappointing. There is nothing to judge in that small a sample size.

….the other unknown here is Dibling’s personality and how he’s managing the move. People are different.

Rohl is a touch older but full of confidence and belief despite moving to a new country and a different football culture. Youngsters like Rooney moved to one of the biggest clubs in the world and was totally unfazed, yet I’m old enough to remember David Smallman coming here and being homesick, despite only moving from Llandudno.

We just don’t know Dibling, he seems more shy and insular than extrovert and dynamic. All the shouts for ‘more game time’ might be exactly what he doesn’t need. I’m sure the club have the best liaison people looking after him and his family. As with all transfers, only time will tell if this is a success, it’ll be fantastic if he’s the real deal.

We want someone to hit the net on a regular basis and Rondon isnt the answer....never was.

It's happened a few times, one I can recall at City where he didn't track his man and we conceded.

Best player on the pitch but faded after an hour, he's got a really high energy playstyle so we need Dibling on if he's gassed.

The hoof from the back four just needs a player who's going to hold it to link the midfield. Barry and Beto struggle with even that. Rondon with all his faults can trap a ball more often than either of them put together.

He's 36 , looks like a Teletubbie & crap mate was terrible 1st time around.

Moshiri's gift player to Jaffa Boy will never be back at this club.
