It's not even fair on the lad to bring him in for a big fee, to then not bother to use him

I think this is a really poor piece of business for 40m but the blame is entirely with the club. The player needs to be supported and needs to be developed.

To bring on Mcneil before him tonight is pretty ridiculous. Just really bad management.

Played well in the derby in the short period he was on. Did well vs Mansfield too on his debut. When I watch him i think he has ‘it’ (whatever that is), players back off him because they know he can go past them, it’s the same quality Grealish has. He just needs more confidence and for the players to start trusting him with the ball whereas when he stated v Palace OBrien and Garner just refused to give him any decent service at all and put everything down the other side.
