From my professional standing and having 40 odd years of booing Everton players mate, I'd say it was a mixture of rage and serenity, a dabble of sadness with unbridled joy, confused with the utmost clarity and a contentment only found by suffering from extreme shyness. He smiled but it had a hint of devilment about it and the high 5 was done with swagger, almost bordering upon arrogance.
I can see why he wasn't given any minutes and why Moyes has stopped his pocket money the last 2 weeks.
