[Little Ralphy]

Very good first feature length episode of Gangs of London, hope it keeps it up, lots of familiar faces and good actors in it.

Len with the meat cleaver lives on the Wirral. Shame they didn't show a bit more of his character, as he seemed a lot more interesting than Sean who I found a bit annoying.

Enjoyed the first episode though.

the 80's Twilight Zone, you mean? i watched a couple but they seem to lack the intelligent philosophical mystery of the classics. Twilight Zone even got a brand new reboot from the director of Get Out. Apparently it's rubbish, tho'.

aye, Rod Serling was a huge talent.

haven't heard of Hitchcock presents but i did also bag the classic 60's Outer Limits on dvd...without even seeing a single one, so bit of a leap of faith. by most accounts it was a very respectable alternative to Twilight Zone, more sci-fi. The 90's Outer Limits hasn't aged that well, mind.

Black Mirror seems to be the modern equivalent, really enjoyed most of them although not seen the latest eps.

Couldn't get in to black mirror. I do like Charlie Brooker though. Yeah I only watch the original twilight zone as a purist

Afterlife 2nd series,if you liked the first one,well this is as good,some funny moments,some sad,not a big fan of Gervais but I have enjoyed this

I didn't care for it to be honest, overly cartoonish side characters and overly contrived situations so he can be in the right. Felt Gervais lost his edge some years ago and now would prefer him to be eaten by one of the animals he's always whinging about

The lost kingdom new latest series on Netflix this Friday the BBC have lost it - great Viking series ......not to be missed ......

Going to be hard to continue without David Dawson's brilliant portrayal of Alfred. The last two episodes of season 3 he was fantastic and brought the best out of the other fella as well

It's hard to think it's the same person and seems a lifetime ago that she was on Green Wing. The dad from Friday night dinner is in Chernobyl, I haven't seen it yet but sure I read that he was pretty decent in that, it's hard to imagine when I've only known him from FND.

He is genuinely amazing in Chernobyl, we will also recognise his management style from our own lives I'm sure.

Like I said I have never been a fan,just felt it was a bit of light relief and something that if you really have to,you csn watch with the other half

Trying to educate missus to give watching a series a whirl instead of random films which, to date, are a mixed bag.
I seem to recall a few shouts for Queen of The South. We enjoyed both Sicario films and the drug cartels. Is it worth a go?

It was slower pace than episodes 8 & 9 but it was still very good I thought and it's set up very well. The quality of the previous two episodes was off the charts and the series was easily the best so far.

I do love it, it's brilliantly made and wonderfully cast. I didn't have a problem with pacing as I really like the Nacho character so happy for him to get more screentime.

My problem was Lalo (another great character) expertly surviving a hit by four highly trained pros, I think both Breaking bad and better call sual (which i prefer) are at their best when the stories remain about the more human factors and don't stray into diabolical supervillain territory

I’ve just finished a Swedish one called Caliphate that was excellent and I’d recommend.

Watching one now called Fauda that’s been very good so far.
