Another true life totally bonkers one from Netflix - Operation Odessa.

The tale of a plot by three wheelers / crooks to buy a Russian Sub and sell it to the Cali Cartel for coke smuggling, following the collapse of the Soviet Union.

Watches like an episode of Miami Vice, very entertaining and you can’t help but like the three crooks involved in the plot.
