If you liked Twin Peaks, hunt out Wayward Pines - has a very similar feel to it.

It has a made for tv feel to it, but it`s still very watchable and more or less follows the books.

I liked the original twin peaks as it was way ahead of its time - I am relating to Goliath which was classy in the first series and okish in the 2nd series, but one episode it's been binned....
My son and I seen the similarities slight od twin peaks making it zany off the wall nothing like the first series the acting is very good but honestly could not bare to follow on seeing a poor effort like that it was down to 2.5 out of 5 after we watched the first episode....

Tried to watch twin peaks years ago but couldn't get into it

Wayward Pines was good. I was trying to fathom it out in series one and found it very Twin Peaks also and then you find out the twist...

That's weird, my wife said the exact same thing, I would of given Goliath the benefit of the doubt tho Joe, it actually improved and made sense towards its conclusion. I hate to say that the first two seasons were actually far better though.
Totally agree on Twin Peaks too....incredible TV and yeah it was ahead of its time, if it was released today it would still be ahead of it's time...truly excellent viewing.
