TV Series

Just started the first season of American Horror Story (Yes I know, it's almost a decade old). Weirdly campy and some surreal humour. Only two episodes in but... I'm intruiged. Will probably take me ten years to catch up with it but it's decent. Having an 18-month year old means viewing time is very limited!

Series 1 and 4 are the only ones worth bothering with.

Apparently she was dropped by her publisher after this came out as well as by some charity she was a trustee for.

just been reading up on her, she said the series doesn't give a fair impression of what the five got up to on the night 8 people attacked , 3 in hospital that couple on the tandem got far worse than shown, or some of the evidence against them ,blood and semen found on there clothes , one admitted having a metal pipe on him going into the park, one was used on the rape victim later for instance.
She said the bit about the kids getting picked up outside a shop was totally fabricated , as the were picked up at home separately after being named by others who were in the park.
She could be covering her bum of course , interesting and disturbing viewing haven't got passed the first episode yet but looking forward to getting to the end of it.
 
Oh yeah, also been watching the Netflix Documentary series "Drug Lords". Outstanding.

Loads of footage I've not seen elsewhere and plenty of interviews with top level baddies/hitmen and the feds who chased them down.

I thought it was a poor series mate,harrowing story but the series lacks any real detail,no real mention of the alleged crime,very little detail of the trial,it really is not very good,the Khalif Bowder doc is far,far more disturbing,When they see us just has a feel of made for tv type of programme

I thought none of the kids were involved in the rape/assault so how would one of them use a metal pipe on her?
