Quite liked it in many respects, but marks off for running zombies. I like my undead a little slower. Did like the overall reliance on action over chat though - so many Walking Dead episodes have dwelled on character development to the nth degree. Particularly enjoyed the way the Lance character has failed to settle into the apocalypse - that guy is always on the run from zombies, but I think he’ll be back for round two and one to watch.

Anyone got any recommendations of anything like Band of Brothers and Generation Kill? The Pacific was decent but not on a par with these two IMO.

I am getting through Seal Team as it's pretty decent, but the soapy drama elements aren't really my cup of tea.

You could try "six" - similar to seal team but a bit more depth or the long road home is pretty good
