Just finished The Punisher season 1 pleasantly surprised not a fan of Marvel glad i watched this though

agreed, we also gave up abar 20 minutes into the first ep.

Just started the punisher series on Netflix. Bloody loved the comics when I was a kid and it looks like they might have finally done a decent job of getting it to transition on to screen.

They dont swear though! Is it just me that really struggles with it?

haha same, i had issues 1-40 (UK edition from the late-80's). loved them, i was only about 10 years old at the time, but they were my gateway to more adult-orientated stuff, could never go back to kids entertainment after that.

why don't they swear in the series? would you still recommend watching it?

I've tried on several different occasions now and I still don't like the feel of it.

Just watched Borgen through again second time. Think it's class.

Started watching 30 Rock on amazon and really enjoying it. Took a dislike to it when it was a big deal and ignored it. So well written

To be fair I thought this one was decent, like COYBL25 said you kind of stop noticing the incredibly Christian language!

The Punisher was my first experience of the 'revenge story' and I also read them as a kid. I'd say the best thing about this version is it takes itself seriously like any punisher film/series should. I agree with you also it felt like my first venture I to adult stories and material. It was revenge movies all the way after that!!

Borgen was brilliant, i really enjoyed it.

New series of Spiral out this year on BBC4, can't wait for that.

Just to alert you the last series of Still Game is not being shown in England only !
Only on BBC Scotland BBC 2 Thursday nights 9pm or the BBC i player unless you have Sky tv etc 2 series on so far not bad but not at its dizzy heights so far - still worth a watch though

If you want a revenge film it doesn’t get better than the Korean - I Saw The Devil.
