Finally starting Twin Peaks tonight.

Kingdom - Netflix is very good.
It’s Korean with English subs.
Set in the Middle Ages, a disease is sweeping the nation and turning the population into Zombies.
It’s the type of thing that the Koreans do very well. Takes two episodes to really get going.
Giving this a look tonight.Will report back.

Watched Black Lightning season one over the last week and it was pretty good. Yes it had the to often repeated, safe formula for superhero series these days but it was still pretty good overall.
Only one slight criticism I've got was the lack of subtlety when it came to the Martin Proctor character, everyone watching the show could see that it was a play on Trump at first glance from the way he looked, walked and talked it was so obvious. That in itself is fine (even if it is a bit lazy and slightly cringe) but did they really need to have the character say he wanted "to make America great again!" on at least two occasions? I mean it was already painfully obvious who the character was meant to represent without adding that in and basically insulting the audiences intelligence just in case we'd we'd missed the other thousand hints made every time he was onscreen.
The real main villain of the plot (Tobias Whale) was fantastic as was the lead. Everyone on the cast did a good job overall for season one and I'm interested to see were they go for S2.
