TV Series

Finished series two of Mecedes last night - must say acting top knoch they combined no I book as series one and skipped the 2nd book and went into the final book a very good watch series one was great - series two was typical Stephen King don't rule out a third series......a very good watch...

Just not for me mate , I Watched and really enjoyed the first series but the change in style for the second just took it away from me after an episode or two .

watched the new series of "Making A Murderer", proper horror story that, those blokes are gonna die in prison and didn't do anything
I’m reasonably sure the murderers have had plenty of screen time on that show, but whether the murderers are the two in prison is a very different conversation. On the evidence and the way the trials played out, those two should be free.

That’s why I think it’s one of the scariest TV shows, it’s only takes one trial, one bad lawyer, one bad piece of evidence and you can be put away for life. But you can win 3 appeals and be kept inside?! Scary.

And the worst thing is, its blatantly planted and fabricated - with a coerced confession from a minor with a remarkably low IQ.

Just finished the Haunting of Hill House.

First few episodes are quite slow and move around different time frames, so can be a bit of a head bender.

Once you're past the first few episodes it's immense and the last episode is a real jaw dropper.

Quite disturbing and unsettling.

Recommended.
have 7 of them watched.excellent show so far.well impressed.

The thing I really don`t understand re the Making the Murderer docs, is despite the public outcry and the amount of negative publicity, the lengths that the authorities have gone to, to keep the two of them in jail is incredible.

It must be running into millions of dollars now and for what, to keep two innocent red necks in jail ????

Yes, but Stephen Avery was going to sue for $36m, for the first wrongful imprisonment, what would he and Brenden get now? $100m maybe more and they would have to fire loads of people within the state department and it would probably open the floodgates for other wrongful convictions in Milwaukee
