Finished the first series of Sneaky Pete really a great series Brian Cranston co creator and producer and in it too, actors from the Americans Dexter etc great cast - great black comedy in the true Coen brothers style-
Series two just started well worth sticking with as the plot twist and turns

That lost in space show is absolutely horrendous, the acting is so bad. What is it with Netflix sci-fi series and hiring hilariously bad actors ? Altered Carbon had the same issue, just terrible bmovie overacting.

Just started watching Lost In Space on netflix, its not awful, but its certainly not great. Three episodes in. Robot is bloody terrible. Dr.Smith is brilliantly played.

I tried so hard to like it Bryan,but I just couldnt thought the acting was poor,changing Dr Smith from male to female didnt work,I wanted an arm waving crap robot not a terminator type one,it just didnt work for me at all

Yeah the robot is bloody comical, its literally arm waving, but i think thats a nod to the original crap robot, but at least that had a personality.

Line of Duty

Watched the first 3 seasons over the past week on Netflix. It’s brilliant. I’m not usually in to UK crime series, but this one really grabbed my attention, I’d highly recommend.

I also must say that Vicky McClure, who stars as one of the main characters has very striking eyes which are mesmerising. Her character is a badass too.

I echo the True Detective comments - season 1 is brilliant television, season 2 is awful. Two completely different shows. The only good thing about season 2 is the intro sequence music.

Am two episodes in on Lost In Space and am enjoying it as is my wife and 9 year old son.

Season two is just a mess.

Makes you wonder how they could get it so badly wrong, after the genius of the first one.

Episode 5 on Lost In Space. Opinion still the same. Not great, not terrible either.

Although there are some Sharknado type moments which are beyond hilariously bad.

Finished watching The Terror this week; well worth a viewing. Found it to be an interesting take on a true story.
