Watching Luther S1-3 at the moment. There are a few plot holes, Idris likes rubbing his face a little much, and a lot of the twists are predictable, but it's still an enjoyable watch.

Speaking of which, will have no excuse not to re-watch The Wire when the re-release it. Curious if they stick with 4:3 or go widescreen (was shot on film, so is possible). That will give me fresh perspective how it stacks up compared to Breaking Bad etc.

Kids are enjoying Life. Amazing dedication to get some of the shots they captured. 21 ten hour days to get a two second shot of Bower birds humping...

Just started watching a few series I've missed over the years as my TiVo box broke and all my recorded tv was lost when they sent a new one. Started watching Curb your Enthusiasm last night, I used to love Seinfeld but never got into this 1st time around. Also going to start watching American Horror Story with the missus tonight and Mad Men this week as they've been around a while and still seem to be pretty highly rated on review sites

'Eddie' has been my favourite so far, probably. Upto the 3rd episode of season 3 atm.

Looking for some new TV series to check out.

I've watched and love series like: Band of Brothers, Sons of Anarchy, Entourage, Prison Break, 24, Dexter, Breaking Bad, Justified, The Walking Dead, Vikings, Californication, Boardwalk Empire, Supernatural and Deadwood.

Any suggestion based on these series? Not interested in crappy american humour like Friends (unless theres lots of tits in them)..

Orange is the new black is one of the series I'm considering as my next one. Is Homeland worth getting? I love Damian Lewis.

Any other glorious shows?

Edit: What about Rome, Alcatraz or Tudors? Does Rome even have a proper ending?

OITNB is fantastic. Homeland is poop of the highest order. Please, I implore, check out Prisoner of War, the Israeli version that Homeland was based on. Series 2 finished not long ago, and it has been utterly compelling. Without doubt the best foreign-language drama I've ever seen.

Just watched the latest Epi and its hurting my head.

Also just got into Ray Donovan, its not great, but quite watchable, his wife annoys the hell out of me, just started S2 here.
