TV Series

Yellowstone and Kingstown.

They wrote Sicario which is a great movie but Yellowstone really let him plant his flag as making TV for 70 year old racists who buy into the bollocks Billy Bob spouts off in Landman "Do you know how many birds wind power kills?" while it's propaganda for the oil and gas industry.

I thought it was just a show about a oil fella myself

Propaganda funded by the American Petroleum Institute

One of the best shows I’d seen in a while was a few years ago with Mare of Easttown. Thought they may make a follow up, shame they didn’t.
Sounds like you might be in luck. Although a bit of a wait for it if it does happen

Finished ep6 of Fallout Season 2. Think this season has been superior to the first season so far, good but not great.

Also watched the first episode of Hijack S2, didn't expect much, didn't get much. Silly show

That's because Idris Elba took 90% of the budget as his salary and there was little left to create a show.

Series 1 could have been great but they had to get z listers as a cast. The main bad guy from series 1 was rod from football factory.

Red eye series 1 on itv is much better then hijack series 1

The wire apart, I think Elba is an horrendous actor

Vikings Valhalla, the follow on from Vikings ( Netflix )

I put off watching this for ages, as I thought there was no way it could live up to the outstanding Vikings series.

Just finished it and I’ve got to say, it was fantastic.

It lacked a central character with the charisma of Travis Fimmel as Ragnar Lothbrook, but is still really good and if anything it was too short at 24 episodes.
