Watched the film last night, utterly captivating. One of the best films I’ve seen in ages. I planned to watch it then the series but worried it might spoil it. Didn’t know there was a book as well, looks like I’m going all in.

The book is the original film x 3 mate, it really is that good.

My daughter made me sit down with her and watch Tim Burtons Wednesday as I always said she should dress at Halloween like it. She has her mothers scowl. I was thinking 2 hours invested in parenting duties but actually it was way more enjoyable than I thought it would be. First two episodes done. Six to go.

Started it today, with my youngest.
