TV Series

Just watched the first Epp of HBO's mini series The Corner, written by David Simons and Edward Burns that wrote The Wire. It's a gritty portrayal of life on the corners of West Baltimore, It's not the Wire but it's good, loads of actors from the Wire in the cast, Lester, Big Jay, Sydnor and Marla Daniels in Epp one, others are listed here:-http://thewire.wikia.com/wiki/The_Corner.

I watched it on YouTube, it's got an interview with Charles Dutton at the start:-http://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtube_gdata_player&v=PdIvzv3ORoY. Worth a watch for Wire fiend's.

Edit, looking at the ages of some of these, this was made before the Wire.

Been watching Luther this week. Nearly all the way through it! Quality program, not the best but worth your time to sit down with it. The guy who plays him idris Elba is brilliant as well.

No idea what to watch after it though. Running out of shows currently.

Did anyone watch Six Feet Under? Saw the first two seasons a while back and don't know if I can be bothered with the rest. It's meant to have one of the best season finales ever seen. Thoughts?
