Also the 49ers will blow them out.

hahahahaha two excellent reasons

Tbh I wouldn't mind something like this for the PL, if you live within a certain area and it's sold out you can watch it (even a 3pm ko), if it isn't you cant

I've followed the Packers since American Football began screening in the UK in the mid-80s. No reason other than I liked their history and small town status. Despite the weather I'm surprised this isn't a sell out though. It goes without saying I'm far from an expert but I would give the Packers half a chance in those conditions

that's not the reason they do it in this country. It's so it doesn't take away from attendances at lower league grounds. All your games are on BT Sports anyway aren't they?

You're missing the fact that the moon is in waxing crescent to be fair.

Tv footy in the league at 3pm Saturday is banned in the UK to protect attendences.

That's been the case (a blackout) for 25 years plus.

There's no evidence that is the case - some European countries they don't have such restrictions and there is no significant difference

Then again I'd argue that law is obsolete now with all the top teams in England/Spain/Germany/Italy/France live on sky and bt

not many countries have so many clubs mate. In fact I don't know of any other country where the majority of the top leagues games kick off the same time as the lower leagues games. England is unique for that.
