Ok, the other day for the Malaga game, I tried to rub my ticket against the thingy. Cos im now used to the card way, so I suppose it could be fairly easy to get it wrong. But as others have pointed out, there are instructions somewhere.
But to be honest you know what to do now, so may I ask, what the fecking point of this thread is?
The point is that I think Everton have very little attention to detail. My job I pride myself on trying to cover all elements of the job, and try and iron out all the little details. But Everton seem to not really have that kind of thought process.
I mean you have to admit the whole ticket and travel debacle 2 season back, and now the new system where away tickets don't seem to count for cup eligibilities.
Oh and the fact the FA Cup final ticket message was still on the customer line 5 days after the final.
It's just when they overlook things, or don't spend enough time on all the details it kind of adds up to a mediocre service.
I think if the club want to think big and have the NSNO as their thing now, then they need to look at every aspect of the club experience.
