Cheryshev is still available for 20m Euros. That's a good price.

Really not that bad of a shout, don't think he's done enough to deserve a £15m price tag but at the right price I think he wouldn't be a bad pick up. Did really well at Villareal last season had 9 assists and 4 goals from 26 La Liga games last season, still only 24 and does like to play his football on the left. He has become quite injury prone though, something that would have to be a concern.
