Spurs have no issue with FFP, so that could well be nonsense

Spurs are incredibly well run by an actual businessmen and have had a quiet window so far... If they wanted to buy Yarmolenko for around 15m and he preferred them over us, they could.

Was kagawa reported by various newspapers/journalists ? Genuine question
