Eto'o came from the russian league, same with fernandinho and multiple other players in the prem who havnt exactly been bad signings, lets face it a 25 shevchenko would have tore the premiership apart

MArtinez wants IMO a winger who likes to cut inside but has vision, ala Peanut etc, Yarmolenko fits that bill perfectly, plus can play all 4 of the attacking positions mate, if you break our team down we don't actually have space for the supposed 'no.10' we have Barkley McCarthy and Barry who are pretty much every game starters in the centre

Yeah i think thats what he's looking at. Nolito is that mould and we've looked at him. Yarmolenko fits that 'mould' too IMO
