at the start of pre-season he said 2 new faces, a centre back and a Pienaar style playmaker, he stuck to this until the end of pre-season when it became 3 new players including a new striker (assumption being this was driven by the performances of Kone in pre-season), he has now gone back to 2 new players which you have to assume is due to the performances of Kone in the first 2 games so I doubt we will be in the market for a new striker anymore unless the picture changes again.
