The mori fee being quoted is in dollars, so he'd be alot cheaper than vvd

Its most likely rumours. I agree, non EU players, we normally get the work permit sorted before going into talks. Then we don't sign them.

i honestly just dont see vvd being all that good in the prem, it's easy to do what he does in a league that celtic hardly need to defend in
