I'd take DCL off and put Alli on. Put Richy up top and go 4-3-2-1 with Gordon and Alli behind.

Id take dcl and sell him to man u for 65 milliontomorrow. They can have him from tomorrow too.

Need to stop blaming managers. This isn’t tactics or formations or selection.

It’s a squad of players who don’t want to work. Most aren’t good enough. They’ve got limited concentration, application, desire, aggression, and in most cases technique.

Put this lot in any formation you want under any manager. They’re hopeless.

Somehow survive this season then get rid of the lot of them.
