Im sorry Dennis, it wasnt 7-1 Sunderland, but it was a proper team performance and we played some lovely football in the 1st half, 2nd half near the end it was backs to the wall, i agree, but we showed heart and fight, i think thats what every1 is pleased with.

i don't expect every match to be a 7-1 drubbing of the opposition - would be nice though! but some of the reactions seem to me based as much on relief & hope as on actual appreciation of the performance on the day. you're quite right, it was a proper team performance from start to finish. it's certainly my favourite trip to white hart lane!
