Sorry but that Villa performance was one of the most disrespectful, couldn't care less, didn't want to be out there attitudes I've seen in a long long time..

Spurs looked like they had bit more heart in them, but Villa gave them that.

….it was abject but I also think it distracts that Spurs were also impressive. They fought, they pressed and showed a level of commitment they haven’t shown in recent times.

I think had Villa played their full strength side it wouldn’t have been straightforward for them. Aston Villa are rightly getting pelters but Spurs were properly up for that game and played very well.

I just posted a Davide Ancelotti article, clearly a very astute coach and he actually gives the new Spurs boss a mention. Looks like he’s having a very positive impact.
