Why do people seem to think spurs would come straight back up?

Do you honestly see any of their big ego players willing to spend a year in the championship?

They'll be queuing up to jump ship...
No way they'll sit on a reduced wage in a lower division , they dont care now and dont show any loyalty to a bunch of half arsed fans

The best players in that league would jump at the chance to sign for them over anyone else and probably a lot of teams in the Premier League to be honest. They’d simply replace all the players that leave with the best players from that division and therefore still piss it.

They've changed the play off system to 6 teams just incase Spurs do get relegated..

If they drop into the bottom 3 that's a mental hurdle they might not be able to overcome.
