Malta (unfortunately the window is no more)

Planning on going to Malta at half term. Got any tips/recommendations?

....there can't be many better sights than walking out of Westminster tube station, you can't fail to be impressed.

One of the best things I've done is walk through Admiralty Arch and along the Mall to Buckingham Palace.

A friend of mine was mugged at one the Bus Touristic stops.
She was in a world of her own and was attacked and hit her head on the ground
they wouldnt let her back on the bus as her ticket was stolen , some English people gave her money to get the local bus to her hotel
Got back eventually to her hotel and they wouldnt let her use their computer to contact home
I wont be going any time soon!

First night out in St Pauls, saw a woman pull a tiny pistol out of her handbag and start taking pot shots at her fella during an argument.

When the police turned up, they were bladdered and had driven there !

Wouldn't go back anytime soon either

Yeah! Maybe hire a car and explore the island! It's not massive. Prob stay close to Silema/Paceville as it has the best night life. If youre there longer than what I was, maybe do a boat trip to Italy and definitely stay longer at the blue lagoon/Gozo than what I did! Maybe stay a night on Gozo?
