Its really quite simple.
Put it this way. A minority or a follower of a different religion (insert black, jew, muslim or whatever works) is at a party you host and one of your good friends makes a remark about him and then assaults him and you proceed to kick the minority out and not your friend. That's what you sound like when you call someone like Robinson a legend.
By supporting someone who spreads hate to make a point and who aggressively targets people who challenge him on his BS it makes you look like an apologist for his bad behavior. You may not be a bigot or racist or even stupid but you have to see why people may call you at least one of the three. If not well figure it out.
It's not about having a different opinion why people are picking at you. You don't seem to have one other than saying he is a legend. you have yet to back up anything with some reasons why the rest of us are wrong about you other than to fail at pointing out some ridiculous comparisons to people following the bible.

Robinson speaks his mind on subjects that mean something to him and have had a direct effect in his life, putting himself out there for slaughter. Which is alot more than most people can say. So yeah i like what hes about from that sense.
Im not a supporter of Robinson, however i do agree with alot of points he makes regarding some of the issues we have in the country. Its funny how people who oppose him automatically think that anyone agreeing with what he says supports the EDL (who are idiots) or suspect that we fund him. Its absoloutley laughable and shows how narrow minded and up their own a*** they are.

People oppose him because he is a racist. Most sane and sensible people swerve those who are bigots and racist even if they have some good points. Its not good to be associated to someone or agree with someone who is openly racist and who shows poor behavior time and time again.
He started the EDL by the way. He distanced himself because he realized there were elements taking him very literally and getting violent and as he wants to be taken serious he decided to part ways. That does not make him have clean hands for his behavior and views on minorities and migrants. He is still a racist.
Also are you saying you are a member of the EDL when you say "we fund him"?
Finally the analogy was perfectly fine just because you don't get it i cannot help you with that.
