I think he`s also inferring, that a blind eye was turned to this gang of paedophile rapists, due to their ethnicity, as the authorities were scared of being labelled as racist.

He's also been to jail in solitary confinement for months on end, forced to survive on starvation rations due to his food been prepared by fellow muslim inmates.
