Not overly keen on Souek, mainly because I worry about where and when he will play. If Moyes starts him, one of KDH, Dibling, Grealish or Ily are out.

If he plays in the number 10 role, we go from having an extremely technically fluid front lineup to having a passing black hole right in the middle of it all.

He’s not mobile enough to start next to Gueye…which means we still need a number 6. Burnley are paying 2million for a Luis loan…

So are we forking out for another bench option?

Effective "battering ram" to throw on at the end of games as some sort of hail Mary. Not good enough to start, though. MUST be for appropriate wages.

His biggest asset is getting in the box and onto the end of things. Will he be a starter for us, probably more rotation or a last 20min sub. Not every opposition is the same, sometimes you just need something different. Should come in handy when our strikers are struggling to find the net.
Additionally we need to fill the squad out. I think with our new improved attack mids will open up opportunities for a soucek type player to be in the right place at the right time.

He won’t start, but he will cost about 15mil and want at least what he’s on at West Ham which is 99k a week. Horrendous by Moyes, but nobody is surprised and this prem experience bull
I didn’t want him back , he’s a much better mananger, but has a similar mind set to dyche.
