Don't remember him being anything but red when he was playing Sunday League with my brother, but I guess you don't get much of a choice when your dad's playing for Liverpool. There's plenty of blues been through their academy (and vice-versa) like, so it's not completely outlandish.

David Nugent and Jermaine Beckford are also very good at that level.

I didn't think Beckford was too bad in the Premier League, to be honest.

My point is that I am more concerned about whether he can cut it in the Premier League, than I am about this bad attitude that he supposedly has. But he is still young, and has been one of the best performers in the Championship for a couple of years now. It wouldn't be a surprise if he went on to be a good Premier League footballer.
