I considered the boy Holgate, I like him, I think he might be a keeper, but I honestly hate everybody currently, if I went into a sauna I would sweat anger and hate atm.

Realistically how good is Holgate?

I know we are kind of like him, I do myself, but why exactly?

He is OK. Is he much better than that though being honest? I think a lot of him like him because he isn't completely awful.

I don't know how I feel about him really.

We won't progress without strong leadership and experience. Hence, Capt Jags must be retained along with Bainsey (best LB in the PL?...I think so) and Tubby Ashley (who captains Wales). The rest of the team must be fashioned around this trioka of solidity (and no little quality). Hopefully Mr Allardyce elects to stick with us as well. If so, the auguries around next season (and beyond) are bounteously propitious.

Honestly? I dont know, he hasnt looked out of place at the back for us and he hasnt made LOADS of glaring errors, hes tidy on the ball and he pushed the ladyboy into the crowd.

But of course, to regain my composure for a tiny bit before I go back to hating everybody, we have some very talented players, most have played like utter clowns this season, we can blame Koeman, Walsh, Big Dunc, Martinez, Moyes, Sam, Unsy and we can even blame TomTom, but the fact is that the entire season has been an epic failure.

So its very harsh to judge anybody based on the last 9months, as I say we have some talented players that have lost a little direction, with the right coaching and mindset we have the basis of a good talented squad, clearly its lacking in some places and some players need to improve a lot, but theres a good player in TomTom, hopefully we can appoint the right people to mould the boy into what we all hope he can be.

And that now im back to hate.

He played well under Koeman to be fair. Not trying to defend Koeman but Davies did well last season
He played well initially then he was dropped toward the end of that season and Koeman wrecked his confidence by making statements that he'd tailed off and that more mature players were to be bought and brought in. Basically Koeman was laying the ground to bring Klaassen in and he didn't give a flying one how that affected Davies.

As said, I'd like to see Davies assessed and play under a manager who is not a complete ball bag.

Yeah. I understand where you're coming from.

Or maybe not.

Mine would be

Coleman
Baines
Holgate
Rooney
Walcott
Tosun

... that might be it actually

Sell / get rid priority for the rest, top 10:

Schneiderlin first,
Gueye
Funes Mori
Bolasie
Jagielka
Davies
Calvert-Lewin
Kenny
Niasse
Keane
Wow

Neither Williams or Martina in your top 10. They'd be in my top 3.

Most of them tie for first on my list. The only ones I'd keep are Pickford (put a better defence in front of him and see what happens), Coleman, Baines (no real alternative), Holgate, Keane (still feel he'll come good), Gueye (strictly as a DM), Tosun, Walcott, Sigurdsson and Rooney. Not all would be starters every game, of course, but you need some semblance of continuity.
