Having seen the abuse Barkley received on here (who is a far better player than Davies), I'm not surprised. And tbh, people are well within their rights to criticise bad performances. Do you expect people to just brush it under the carpet?

He had a bad one today for sure. His decision making is what's troubling to me. But in his defense, look at his setup. Davies wants to go forward with the ball. When he is playing on one side with no alternatives in front of him, it's tough for him to somewhat be himself. If Ross can come back, Davies is probably on the bench, which is fine.
