His contract is nearly up, nobody will give us decent money now when they can sign him for nothing in a few months.
Tom will be able to get a better deal for himself when there is no transfer fee.

In any event, he is probably not on huge money and is useful to have in the squad in case of injuries.

My money on scapegoat for everything that is wrong with Everton when TD leave is Maupay.

No one has ever seriously blamed one individual for Everton's failures in recent years.

Most of them are absolute crap.

He does ok for the odd half but soon reverts to type when he starts. I imagine he will stick around if we get relegated and probably be pivotal for us next season
