How's he worse than Sigurdsson Delph or Gomes

Deserves a chance since plenty played themselves out of the side today

Davies would have stood out today, head and shoulders. We would be tipping him for England.

100% agree with this - if he's fit he should be in ahead of deplh or iceberg definitely, maybe even gomes?

Same with Gordon - the others like iwobi have had there chances in the 1st 11, and shat all over them.

Play these lads, at least they will get stuck in and have a go, instead of being absolute passengers.

I'm not saying he's the friggin Messiah, and definitely not the long term answer, but I would sooner see him getting a game ahead of halfarsed, inept showings from the senior pros like iceberg and Delph, and even gomes on today's performance.

If we end up reverting to Davies again after all the midfield signings we’ve made since he got into the team, we really are cursed.

I'd have no one in the team ahead of playing siggurdson (as in play with 10 men, definitely not saying I rate him)

Have been his harshest critic, but surely he can do a better job than Siggurdson. At least he moves about a bit, and with Allan playing well defensively, might give him some more freedom to attack.

Siggurdson is in the team to score or provide assists, seeing as he is doing neither of those and is beyond a liability defensively, surely Davies deserves another shot next to Allan.

He and Allan with Doucoure slightly further forward would work. The kid can defend ok, so throw him on the same side as James and let him and Coleman do the dirty work.
