It would be an excellent move for the lad, getting to play plenty of games and be given more responsibility. I agree with others that he does seem to have got stale and I'm no longer sure what he adds to our side. I hope he does great and either comes back an improved player else we get a decent transfer fee.

Ollie Watkins is almost 25 and villa paid up to 33 m for him from a championship club. He has no prem experience.

If you want a midfielder, eze is 22 years old with no prem experience. Palace paid 17 mil.
