Anyway, back to T-Clev, I think it's a good signing, but we need more, I wish him luck, hopefully like McCarthy, he will prove a few people wrong
 
Surprised by the amount of people who have scouted players on here in the far reaches of the globe, but don't recognise Cleverly has a lot of talent to grow into, his last ten Villa performances have been fantastic.

3 goal in last 5 PL games, there is a player in there.

Be greatfull, many on here were brought up on signings like Gemmill, Pembridge, Linderoth and Alexanderson.

Why would you boo him, he's just cost Man U 8m, that's what Villa offered for him, can you imagine the stick he's took from Man U to turn that down and sign for us on a free.

The lad deserves our upmost support, plenty out there would have paid 6 to 8 for him.

I would never boo a player despite personal feelings about them. But theres those out there who will as soon as he makes his first misplaced pass
