The main site was always a Great site, where a lot of us started, the content has brilliant analysis and the achieves, records and stats and facts are brilliant. Hope it keeps the same vibe.

Be sad to see it go all flashy content and expected big chances rubbish.

Shame, I liked Lyndons measured match reports / previews and a few of the other writers on there.

The live forum could be entertaining during matches but I totally stopped reading the comments sections - even creepier than here.

It's a tremendous resource. I use their archiving regularly.

Tad concerned they'll lose that in time as I'm not sure it's run by Everton fans anymore. Looks like agency putting content creators in. If so, they'll just chase clicks and care about little else.

Really sad that, was my main Everton news source for years until I found GOT. Still checked it now and then.

Second @JimmyJeffers, there were some beautifully angry people on there.

Used to frequent TW before I discovered this place. Then I grew bored of modern football and found TW a bit dry, whereas the GOT was like an entertaining circus of freaks where most of the good stuff is diddly squit to do with football. Not looked at TW in quite a few years if I'm honest.
