Got to be totally honest, I'd give a yellow but it's not as bad a decision as I first thought.

If Arbeloa didnt jump...I'd fall into the red card territory.

The fact he jumps up for the header so he's out of the way of any real danger and takes a hit in the chest, its a yellow. Its a foul because its dangerous play, but its nothing more.

No one is in control of the ball, Nani is in control of himself and his not making an aggressive challenge.
