Liverpool have shown plenty of nerves in recent weeks, I think Chelsea definitely have the edge in as far as handling nerves go.

You don't reckon they'll spend big in the summer then, while we scratch away for loans and frees. Europa schedule is far more challenging too.

I think he sees the PL as something he can come back for easily enough next season when he gets strikers that actually score goals wedded to the rest of the team. The CL, on the other hand, might not present itself with an opportunity like this for a few years.
