It was done after only one game into last season's league as well,even if they won the league [though they ended bottom at the end and would have been relegated anyway],Doncaster were domoted to a WSL 2 in a restructure of the women's game in this new season that has just started last night,with man city taking there place even if doncaster were safe from relegation instead of starting man city in the wsl 2 and making them try for promotion etc
