England has 3 EL places -
If Sheff Utd or Hull win the Cup they get Europa League Place.
If Arsenal win FA Cup and are outside top 4 they take EL place.
5th place gets EL place.
City will finish in top 4 - so their EL place from winning League Cup goes to 6th place
If (won't happen of course) Arsenal finish in top 4 and win FAC their EL place goes to 7th

The winners of the fa cup will get the third european place unless they're already in the CL in which case it goes to the runner up.

Only if Arsenal win the fa cup and finish below 4th will 7th get europa.

im almost certain that if arsenal win the cup and finish 6th then sheff utd get into europe as finalists of the fa cup. it doesnt revert to league. if arsenal finish 6th which is already a qualifying spot for europe this season after man city winning the carling cup then they are already in europea cup by default of league position, so why would they need the extra spot from winning the cup, they wouldn't it would go to their fellow finalists, sheff utd

this is redundant anyway as hull have just taken the league and will get europe instead
