Why wasn't Sterling sent off for assaulting the ref? That with Gerrard's lucky escape they have a lot to be thankful for. Another ref could've ordered a penalty for Skrtl's high footed lunge towards the and of the game as well.

They just turn into thugs when their long balls and set pieces don't come off.
turn into?

looks like he's puking

The fact that the abuse towards Webb from the lovables uses the word 'Manc' in every case speaks volumes.
Especially as he denied Utd a clear cut pen at OT not long ago.

Clueless tvvats.

Nipped back into the brick for the second half. Was stood next to an Rs who was gutted when I laughed at Suares' antics. "But it was a pen". Just could not get concept that the exaggerated reaction might have made the player look ridiculous. No comment on Gerard not getting second yellow. I would have been gutted not to get a pen for it but ashamed of any everton player that does antics like that, no matter whatever their other footballing qualities.

Didn't look much like a pen to me - although from some angles it looks that way - Webb called it spot on if you look at how Suarez threw himself into the defender. At the very most it was obstruction because you have to take someone's legs from under them (or handle the ball, or manhandle the opponent) to be a stonewall pen.

assaulting the ref, didn't see that

Saurez needs to pick his spots better

If you react to every challenge with 20 flips and a head stand, then eventually refs are going to give the defenders the benefit of the doubt

If Suarez is going to cheat, he needs to save the big sell jobs for once a match when it really counts

Basic stuff here Louis

Yeah, I think this is spot on, tbh.

I thought after seeing it from the usual angle it looked like Chamberlain cleaned the rat out after he'd toe-poked it to the side of him. He did do that, but the camera on the goal-line right in line with the play shows the rat give that little look to see where Chamberlain was, teeing him up to throw his own shoulder into the coming challenge and making sure the force of impact was that much greater. That's conning a ref. Webb called it on that basis and was 100% correct....unfortunately, because I'd much rather it was the wrong decision just to increase their fume levels from 10/10 to 12/10.
